Dear guests, for entry to the restaurant on Fridays and Saturdays, during the serving of the evening menu, reservations are required with a pre-selection of the main course.

You can make your selection at the reception upon arrival until 17:00. Reservations and selections for subsequent days of your stay can be made during breakfast.

The restaurant is open from 18:30 and we only serve the evening menu for hotel guests with a reservation.

From Monday to Saturday, the bar in the restaurant area is open from 16:00 to 18:00

Breakfast menu featuring a selection of seasonal and regional products and organic produce. Hot and cold breakfast options. A selection of fresh pastries and baked goods. Don’t miss our corner with energy-rich cereal products for vitality and health. Breakfast room service and breakfast packages are available for order.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

We do not provide special dietary meals or specific baked goods, etc. However, guests are welcome to bring their own baked goods for breakfast. We use high-quality ingredients in our cooking. Guests are responsible for selecting or ordering their meals, particularly at breakfast. Allergens are marked on the menu.

Our selection features traditional, regional Czech dishes, alongside cuisine from Italy and the Mediterranean. We regularly curate and update our special menu to include seasonal specialties. We are constantly refining our food and wine lists for you, so please consider the versions presented here as informative.

Drinks Menu

WINE CELLAR

A wine list with more than seven dozen bottles, focusing on the “Old World”, not only from Moravian, Italian, and French winemakers. Additionally, a selection of archive wines aged from 1963 to 1985 is included. Archive unfiltered Port wines from renowned brands such as Sandeman, Taylor´s Cocburn, and archive wines especially from the Bordeaux region, are famous for their potential to age for several decades. In some cases, it is possible to enjoy wines reaching up to 100 years of age.

BAR

Our beverage menu, in addition to classic non-alcoholic drinks, features popular homemade seasonal lemonades and our own iced tea, which we prepare right in front of you. At the bar, you can sample from our selection: Whisky, Brandy & Cognac, Gin, Vodka, Liqueur, Rum… From Žufánek, including Pravda Vodka, Grappa Nonino, all the way to Rémy Martin – Louis XIII.

DESSERTS

Our own homemade desserts, featuring a variety of mini pancakes, fruit tarts, tiramisu, panna cotta, and warm raspberries with vanilla ice cream.

ONLY HOTEL GUESTS WITH A RESERVATION FOR THE EVENING MENU

We offer our hotel guests an evening menu. Our selection features traditional dishes from Bohemia, Austria, Italy, and the Mediterranean. We regularly curate and update our offerings with seasonal specialties for you. The evening hotel menu includes a seasonal salad, soup, a choice of three main courses, and a dessert. A children’s menu is available for our younger guests.

During the summer season, we offer a light evening menu, including soup and a choice of main course, with the option to order additional salads, desserts, and side dishes.
