We don’t cook experiential gastronomy.

We cook with quality, regional, and Italian ingredients, and that in itself is an experience. 🙂

Dear guests, for entry to the restaurant on Fridays and Saturdays during the serving time of the evening five-course menu, reservations with a prior selection of the main course are necessary.

You can make your selection at the reception upon arrival by 5:00 PM. Reservations and selections for the following days of your stay are during breakfast.

The restaurant opens at 6:30 PM and we only serve evening menus for hotel guests with a reservation.

On Sundays through Thursdays, the bar-garden in the restaurant area is open from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, serving pizzas and desserts.

BREAKFAST

Rich breakfast menu with a selection of seasonal and regional products and organic produce. Hot and cold breakfast options. Choice of fresh pastries. Daily fresh selection of sweet baked goods. A corner with energetically valuable cereal products for vitality and health is available. Breakfast room service and breakfast packages are available.

DIETARY OPTIONS

We do not provide dietary meals or special pastries, we respect guests bringing their own bread for breakfast. We cook with quality ingredients, and it is the responsibility of each individual to select their meal during breakfast. Allergens are marked on the menu.

WINE CELLAR

Wine list with over seventy bottles focusing on the “Old World”, featuring wines not only from Moravian, Italian, and French wineries. Additionally, there is a selection of vintage wines ranging from 1963 to 1985. Included are archival, unfiltered port wines from well-known brands such as Sandeman, Taylor’s Cocburn, and archival wines, particularly from the Bordeaux region, renowned for their aging potential of several decades. In some cases, wines reaching up to 100 years old may be available for consumption.

BAR

Beverage menu, including classic non-alcoholic drinks. Popular homemade seasonal lemonades and our own iced tea, prepared right before you. At the bar, you can sample from a selection of: Whisky, Brandy & Cognac, Gin, Vodka, Liqueur, Rum… From Žufánek and Pravda Vodka to Grappa Nonino and Rémy Martin – Louis XIII.

DESSERTS

Our homemade desserts include a variety of pancakes, fruit baskets, tiramisu, panna cotta, and hot raspberries with vanilla ice cream.

FOR HOTEL GUESTS ONLY WITH RESERVATION FOR THE EVENING MENU

We offer an evening hotel menu for our hotel clients. Our selection consists of traditional dishes from Czechia, Italy, and the Mediterranean. We regularly select and add seasonal specialties for you. The evening hotel menu includes seasonal salads, soup, a choice of three main courses, and dessert. A children’s menu is available for kids.
