Only direct booking without intermediary reservation system.
Upon a written inquiry and subsequent approval of our reception.
We honor the principle that there is a maximum of one dog on the floor and a dog up to 10 kg.

Stay with dogs

CANNOT BOOK via Booking, Expedia, HRS, Agoda, Hotel.cz ... etc.
The reason is the inconsistency of possible settings of the booking systems (Booking, Expedia, HRS, Agoda, Ostrovok, Previo ...) in the determination of the number of dogs in a given date at the hotel and according to our rules and size.
We respect the rule that there is only one dog on the floor, so it is possible to book only at our reception. It is therefore only necessary to make a reservation through the reception of HOTEL BERG and when booking a pet confirmation by e-mail in the order. On request and confirmation.
Only adult raised dog up to a maximum weight of 10 kg.
Reconciliation and pet accommodation is required before your binding booking. If you do not inform us about it, you will not be accommodated, you will pay 100% cancellation fee and you are not entitled to compensation, compensation or change of date.
The price for your pet is at Hotel BERG at an additional cost of 450, - CZK (approx. € 25, -) / night (without food) and will be warmly welcomed subject to availability.
After the stay we will charge an additional fee for the final cleaning of the room in the amount of 1000, - CZK (approx. € 40, -).

Hotel room and dog
We ask you to understand that any damage to furniture, doors, carpets, etc. caused by your dog must be compensated. The dog will not move in the bed, upholstered seats and furniture. The dog can be accommodated only, which will not disturb other guests during your stay whining, barking, or other speeches. If you leave your raised dog in the room - use the sign "Do not save". So none of our employees will enter the room. (Cleaning will not be done if your dog is alone in the room). At the end of your stay, you will be able to check your room and inventory with your participation.

Lead on a leash
We ask that you leave your dog on a leash throughout the hotel area, to avoid disputes with other dogs and to avoid disturbing other guests in the house. We ask you to understand that you should keep the dogs on a leash and not leave them unattended. Our property begins right next to the hotel, where there is a large forest park for an ideal walk and walk for dogs. Your four-legged friend can run and play here. In general, we ask that you keep your hotel area clean and immediately remove any contamination.

Restaurant premises
Pets are not allowed in the hotel's SPA and, as well as restaurants, for hygienic reasons - thank you for your understanding. Please note that pets must be guided on the property.
